Halloween is the extreme once-a-year bash that annually draws 10′s of thousand of clubbers to their favorite nightclubs all over the world!  And that is why I want to introduce our Halloween Club Costumes!

To the owners as well as promoters, Halloween is a night in which they can rake in TONS of cash from the dress-to-kill costumers at their parties. To taste success and to increase attendance, you need to plan a Halloween costume party by increasing promotions and at the same time offering incentives to make your club the number one priority in their decision to attend this annual event during the biggest party night of the year…Halloween!

Do you know of any other time of year that is better to promote a themed event other than Halloween?…Of course no!. The great thing is that if you are a club that has many stories or sectioned off areas, you are not limited to one theme. Just peruse any Halloween costume site and look at the various hot outfits that could play off of one another. Here is what I mean, let’s say that your theme is Star Wars and one floor/section would have a theme of the resistance and the other, The Empire. You could have Heaven & Hell, clubwear Pirate costume &  cheerleader costume, Robin Hood and the Sheriff of Nottingham, Vampire costume -vs- Angel costume, Fairy costume and cowgirl costume, Superhero costumes -vs- Wonder Woman Costumes, etc. You see what I am driving at? Excite your customers to chose you by offering themed merchandise for fishbowl selected winners or customers which bought drink tokens. You obviously should separate your prizes into your various themes. I suggest that you hand them out periodically throughout the night and make them more elaborate with each unveil. That way, if they are tempted to leave, (they leave…no ones drinking!) They will stick around for the grand prize! This only builds good will with all the clubbers and keeps your nightclub full for the rest of the year.

Now, it is a no-brainer that you MUST have a costume contest! After all, what are Halloween bashes for other than to show off the beautiful sexy outfits! People will save money all year just to buy the BEST and HOTTEST ensembles to show off at the annual events. Pass out the rewards for this effort by offering one of the best bounties of the night say like covering their drinks for the night. But be careful, you need to put a limit on what you offer AND make it clear that it is to be used a different night (not to be used that night). Those that love to exhibit what God gave them will definitely work hard to be sure that heads turn when they enter the club and will stay to be sure that one of the offered prizes goes home with them! These Halloween events are huge throughout the country so take advantage of this by working on your promotion starting as early as August. When your patrons leave, you want them to be known year after year as the event of the season. If you are known for your Halloween parties, you can bet that you will bank some love when it comes to other events throughout the year. It’s what’s known as branding…you will be branded as the hottest party of the year and that will make for profits all year long and build good-will to the point that your party-goers feel special and wanted in your establishment.

Here is one more idea…give it some thought about how you are going to decorate your establishment. A haunted house is always a good stand by but dig deeper. After all, you are throwing not just another Halloween event but you are throwing a THEME PARTY! Decorate with the theme is mind. If it is ghosts and demons in a section and angels and fairies in another, then make sure each area is theme appropriate. To add some Hide tokens for the themed gifts in sections of the club. Some examples of places are stools, on decorations, coasters, etc… This is just one more way that you keep your patrons clubbing at your establishment and lifts the excitement of the Halloweeners.
